Job Description

We are now seeking a number of skilled and compassionate Care Professionals to join our amazing team to provide high-quality and reliable care to our clients, covering their late afternoon, evenings and week-end needs.

Care will involve a mixture of:

Companionship Services

Home Help Services

Personal Care Services

With Primary Responsibilities to include:

Reflecting core values of Home Instead Franchise

Contribute to positive living environment to enhance the client's quality of life

Document activities and report and significant changes in a clients needs

Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff

Our benefits include:

Hourly rates averaging £14.00 per hour

Travel expenses £0.30p & £0.45p per mile

Full paid training - ongoing for office based or e-learning training modules

Minimum 1-hourly visits

Hours: 18-40 per week

Salary £ £24.00 (Bank Holiday Rate) per hour (averaging £14+ per hour)

Qualifications

You must have a full British Driving Licence & your own car - Essential

You must be a UK Resident and with a Right to Work in the UK

Both these requirements are essential all applications that do not meet this criteria will be rejected.

Additional Information

We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
