- Manage project control activities, including live updates, impacted programmes, delays, and early warnings
- Report updates to clients, demonstrating proven client management exposure
- Provide internal reporting to heads of departments and board members
- Build close relationships with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Directors
- Strategize the critical path of works to float activities across projects without impact
- Utilize knowledge of P6 and NEC Contracts to streamline project operations
- Oversee project control activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Lead client meetings and presentations, conveying project updates and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project performance and mitigate risks
- Mentor junior planners, offering guidance and support in their professional development
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency
- Proven planning experience in project management or related field
- Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage stakeholders
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Onsite experience in project management, preferably including large residential projects
- Proficiency in project management software such as P6
- Familiarity with NEC Contracts is highly desirable
