    Job Title: Digital Sales Account Director

    Companc.£50 - £60K base + comms and benefits

    Hybrid Working

    Overview: As a Sales Account Director at our client who is a Global Lifestyle Content Publisher operating in the style, luxury and entertainment space, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across our diverse portfolio of digital assets.

    This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape and established relationships with key decision-makers within the Top 6 media agency networks and independent agencies.

    By leveraging your extensive network and industry expertise, you will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading global brand in lifestyle content publishing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growth within the Top 6 media agency networks and independent agencies.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, media planners, and buyers across key agencies, understanding their clients' business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the agency landscape, negotiating contracts and securing long-term commitments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and events, to develop integrated sales proposals and campaigns that resonate with agency clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
    • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize sales efforts.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building brand awareness and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines and contractual agreements.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the media or publishing industry, with a focus on selling to Top 6 media agency networks and independent agencies.
    • Strong blackbook of contacts across media agency networks and independent agencies, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships at senior levels.
    • Deep understanding of, digital advertising trends, and platform including video and programmatic advertising
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
    • Experience managing and developing mentoring junior members of the commercial team
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
