- Registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
- Knowledge of CSP and HPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
- Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
- Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
- Provide podiatry assessment and follow up treatment for outpatients.
- To ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks.
- To take an active role in supporting the implementation of national developments locally.
- To ensure the department maintains Circle Healthcare Physiotherapy accreditation.
- Participate in hospital cover / on-call rotas including weeknights and weekend shifts, as required.
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
