- Overseeing and authoring nuclear substantiation documentation for site safety case
- Reviewing calculations & analysis work
- Supporting periodic safety reviews
- Taking ownership of deliverables, demonstrating autonomy
- Providing support for implementation of substantiation requirements
- Working closely with Human Factors, Site Safety Case, and Engineering Authority Teams
- Supporting the development of other Nuclear Substantiation team members
- Collaborating with the wider business on Nuclear substantiation related activities
- Experience in Nuclear Safety or Safety Case Analysis
- Experience in Nuclear or other highly regulated industries
- Ability to produce high-quality technical reports
- Determined in driving deliverables through due process
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines
- Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council and member of a relevant professional body
- Degree qualified in a STEM subject
