Company Description A new sports betting and gaming brand operating in Franco-Africa. They aim to become a leading omni-channel igaming operator in Africa and expand the brand across the continent.


Job Description As an affiliate manager you will support the growth and have a great impact on our business development by planning, executing, and analysing key affiliate deals.

  • Responsible for strategically growing and developing assigned affiliate accounts.
  • In charge of recruitment, activation and maintenance of all affiliates.
  • Aggressively build, grow and own affiliate partnerships program
  • Actively cultivate relationships with key publishers and develop a keep understanding of their business objectives
  • Proactively manage partner relationships, oversee performance standards, and drive preventive or corrective action where needed
  • Lead operations of comprehensive reporting analysis to evaluate the performance of initiatives across partnerships and regularly present results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and optimization strategies
  • Identify new opportunities when communicating with prospective partnerships
  • The team work 5 days in the Victoria office. _

Who Fits The Bill:


  • 2+ years of experience in sportsbook/casino operations affiliate marketing
  • Fluent French speaker
  • A "why not" mentality to create new opportunities
  • Selfmotivated to get things done and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication
  • Knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools and gaming trends
  • Analytical and dataled approach
  • A strong understanding of financial numbers (KPI and performance reports)
  • Go getter attitude
