We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to sell products and services by highlighting their features and benefits
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Salary:
From £23,843.00 per year
