**Sales and Customer Service Co-ordinator
**Monday to Friday

9.00am - 5.30pm or 8.30 to 5pm

£23K - £24K

East London
(Must have at least 3+ years customer service experience)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Professionally and efficiently handle sales/customer enquiries at the agreed standards
  • Provide comprehensive service to our customer base as directed by the Sales Office Manager
  • Support Area Sales Managers on new leads after qualification period, track leads and enquiries, support upselling activities, generate new leads, new accounts through outbound leads through outbound sales activities helping revive lapsed accounts
  • Maintain Company's customer database, ensuring all companies sales, lead generation and order taking activity is recorded onto the CRM database
  • Expectation to undertake any additional training that the company may see appropriate such as team building, collaboration exercises and relevant training

Essential & Desirable requirements:


  • 3 + years UK based proven sales and customer service background experience.
  • GCSE level or equivalent through experience.
  • PC literate: ideally with advanced level knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word and Teams.

Desirable - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is desirable, however full training will be provided.
