    TRAINER/INSTRUCTOR

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Trainer/Instructor to join our small and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training programs in non-destructive testing methods to both new and returning students. As an Trainer/Instructor at Array Training, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients who seek our expertise in NDT.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Tutoring courses to our students.

    Supervising and providing guidance to students in practical and theory training.

    Grading/Marking of student theory and practical assessments at the end of the each day.

    Ensure all training samples in your approved NDT method is rotated and used effectively.

    Conduct student counselling when/if required.

    Manage equipment specific to your approved NDT method and ensuring that damaged, faulty, out of calibration or otherwise unsuitable equipment is quarantined and brought to the Training Managers attention.

    Ensuring paperwork and practical area for courses/training is prepared in advance, seeking assistance from the Course Tutor(s) when/if required.

    The housekeeping and security of approved NDT method area(s).

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

    Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    Good organizational and time-management skills.
