Description
Join our client as a Complaints Root Cause Analyst and drive organisational learning and continuous improvement. In this exciting new role, you will help identify and address the underlying issues of customer complaints, prevent their recurrence, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse complaint data to identify patterns and root causes of customer dissatisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and perspectives on complaint issues.
• Evaluate process deficiencies, communication breakdowns, and customer expectations to determine accurate root causes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on complaint analysis, industry best practices, and benchmarking data.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and process improvement projects to drive systemic changes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence of complaints.

Essential Qualifications
• Experience in root cause analysis, quality assurance, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies, tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documenting findings and recommendations.
