    Role Summary

    We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in enhancing tools, processes, and automation for streamlined operations. Responsibilities include ensuring a reliable server infrastructure, managing system updates, configuring changes, and optimizing system performance for both on-premises and cloud environments. This position demands expertise in application and infrastructure maintenance, particularly in hybrid setups.


    Role and Responsibilities

    • Design, deploy, and maintain Cloud solutions on public cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
    • Support in-house solutions and participate in technology enhancement projects.
    • Contribute to defining and executing the technology strategy for Cloud adoption.
    • Enhance automation tools for Cloud operations and contribute to their evolution.
    • Resolve business issues promptly and ensure superior service quality.
    • Optimize performance, upgrade hardware, and manage resources effectively.
    • Engage in workload automation management and system optimization initiatives.
    • Follow Change Management and Problem Management guidelines in alignment with ITIL principles.

    Essential Skills

    • Effective collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
    • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with a proactive approach.
    • SC Clearance eligibility.

    Essential Technical Skills

    • Over 10 years of relevant IT experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of cloud platform experience, preferably with AWS or Azure.
    • At least 5 years of systems administration experience in client/server environments.
    • Proficient in Linux systems and deployment automation tools like Ansible.
    • Expertise in designing cloud infrastructures on AWS for various scales of applications.
    • In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as VPC, EC2, RDS, and IAM.
    • Hands-on experience in cloud adoption, deployment, and performance tuning.
    • Technical proficiency in Network, Storage, Linux/Windows, and IT security.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and troubleshooting complex environments.
