Job Description:

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at our facility in Derby, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and developing individualized care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Proven experience as an RGN, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
