Senior Auditor Positions available at a leading 'Big 4' Accountancy Firm
We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Auditors for multiple positions within a prestigious 'Big 4' accountancy firm in Leeds.
As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in leading and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will work closely with engagement partners, managers, and a talented team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.

- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance their financial processes and controls.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.
- Assess client's internal control systems, identify areas of risk, and develop effective audit plans to address those risks.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements, identifying anomalies, trends, and potential areas of concern or improvement.
- Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and firm's policies.
- Ensure adherence to the firm's quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices, consistently delivering highquality audit services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement innovative audit approaches, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of audit methodologies.
- Effectively manage multiple engagements, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and provide regular status updates to engagement partners and managers.
Qualifications:
- Hold a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
- Extensive experience working as an Auditor, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of auditing and accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proven experience in effectively leading and managing audit engagements, as well as mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Display strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients and team members.
- Exhibit strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fastpaced and demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with audit software and data analytics tools is desirable.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

£60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
