Manchester, requiring you to go into the office
1 day a week.
Looking for a Systems Team Lead to:
- Lead and manage the technical deliverables and people
- Set and track goals and objectives for the team ensuring resource and skills are matched to demand
- Recruit, mentor and develop staff ensuring appropriate training is in place
- Support the Software Engineering senior leadership team
Experience needed in:
- Working in customer facing (internal or external)
- 3 years experience in a leading role for a technical delivery team
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Cloud and onpremise technologies
