Assistant Headteacher - SENDCO & Inclusion

Location: Norwich

Salary: L10 - £58,959 to L14 - £65,010 per annum

The Academy serves just under 700 students aged , many of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are committed to ensuring the very best provision so that all students are aspirational and maximise their potential.

The Role

This is a key role in supporting the educational provision for this community and a chance to impact the life chances of young people in Norwich and the surrounding area.

As Assistant Headteacher, you will support the Headteacher in leading on further improvement, raising aspirations, expectations, and standards focussing on all aspects of SEND and Inclusion.

Transforming performance requires more than just one leader. You will be able support with a range of operational areas and access trust-wide professional learning and networks.

No student will be left behind, whatever their background.

Need a track record in SEND and Inclusion

Are you a qualified SENDCO?
