Due to an exciting year of growth we are now looking for an experienced
Graphic Designer to support our business leaders and ensure our systems and processes are fit for purpose and in line with the business objectives.


No two days are the same in this exciting new role, but on a typical day you will

  • Work in conjunction with the marketing teams of each division to understand their marketing objectives, developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity to support
  • Conceptualise and design digital and print advertising campaigns that are visually appealing, convey marketing objectives and resonate with our target market
  • Design and maintain key company branded documentation and client/partner presentations
  • Assist with the management of central asset libraries for Destination Sport Group and its divisions, identifying gaps and advising how to regularly update/refresh
  • Ensure that relevant approval processes are followed with internal marketing leads and external partners
  • Implement a robust process for the tracking and prioritisation of assigned tasks to ensure deadlines can be met
  • Work collaboratively with Destination Sport Group's external marketing agencies as required
  • Support with other marketing activity for Destination Sport Group and its divisions as required
  • Understand sports and travel industry market trends to provide creative idea generation towards Destination Sport Group's marketing strategies

To be successful in this role we are looking for motivated individuals who have

  • A minimum of 2 years design experience for a brand, agency or sports organisation
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating visually appealing designs across a variety of marketing materials, both digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • The ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Creativity and ability to evidence working across multiple clients/brands, allowing each to retain their creative independence and identity
  • An understanding of design trends including how this contributes to a wider B2C marketing strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communications to effectively collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills including Microsoft Office product suite
