Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in South London.
What the job will be doing
- To investigate all reports of tenancy fraud.
- To work with residents, council departments and other agencies to develop initiatives to enhance the areas managed by the Association, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop effective relationships with residents, residents groups, individual landlords, the Client and other key stakeholders.
- Undertake new tenancies, quarterly and annual property / tenancy management visits.
- As appropriate, carry out monthly estate inspections of his/her patch and report on cleanliness, maintenance and housing management issues.
What you will need
- Knowledge of housing legislation and current practice
- Tenancy/Leasehold Management
- Complaint handling
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Excellent Customer Services
