Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in South London.

What the job will be doing

To investigate all reports of tenancy fraud.
To work with residents, council departments and other agencies to develop initiatives to enhance the areas managed by the Association, and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop effective relationships with residents, residents groups, individual landlords, the Client and other key stakeholders.
Undertake new tenancies, quarterly and annual property / tenancy management visits.
As appropriate, carry out monthly estate inspections of his/her patch and report on cleanliness, maintenance and housing management issues.

What you will need

Knowledge of housing legislation and current practice
Tenancy/Leasehold Management
Complaint handling
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Excellent Customer Services
