Recruitment Resourcer

Salary range:
£22,192 - £25,792

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


We have an exciting new role as an In-House Recruitment Resourcer to join the Trust, based at our provision in Sheffield.


Working as part of an existing, successful recruitment team with responsibility for the promotion of vacancies across all Trust schools and colleges, and focusing predominantly on the recruitment of key roles such as Teaching Assistants and Support Workers.


This is a fabulous opportunity to start a career in Recruitment within the Education and Care sector and to join our growing recruitment team.


  • Experience in working in a fastpaced environment, and the ability to work to targets
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT literate and able to maximise digital marketing and online recruitment boards
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
  • Selfmotivated to develop and progress yourself, and others around you
