The Role
Sinclair are currently recruiting for a Head Marketing at their London office.

The Head of Marketing's role is to deliver the company's financial and strategic targets for the UK business through the leadership of the Sinclair UK commercial operations with strategic and operational excellence.


The Head of Marketing's role also entails a continued endeavour to strengthen and develop the Sinclair business in the UK for both the Injectables and EBD portfolio.


To achieve success on the above points it is essential to have a talent development agenda in the UK team, operational rhythm and discipline.


The Head of Marketing will create an environment where the people are empowered but work within strategic framework respecting the priorities and focus.


Hours of work: 37 hours Monday to Friday

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office 2 at home

Location: 30-32 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 2RQ

The Role

Leadership:

  • Demonstrate selflearning agility, emotional intelligence and lead by example.
  • Develop and manage strong business network with internal and external stake holders.
  • Development of the UK team to drive the business.
  • Active participation to the European team meetings.
  • Create a simple monthly operating rhythm with the team as well as the Senior management on performance dashboard.
  • Staff development, training and coaching.

Commercial:


  • Demonstrate an ability to create a vision, strategy for the UK commercial business and actively participate and contribute for local and European strategy.
  • Create a culture of excellence in execution.
  • Responsible to develop, manage, monitor, report, communicate on UK performance dash board on monthly basis.
  • Accountable for Sinclair UK Commercial P&L.
  • Accountable for the budget dynamic forecast and 5Y planning process for the UK commercial team.
  • Lead, provide guidance, support and help drive business transformation strategies to improve business efficiencies including but not limited to Sales Force Excellence.
  • Defining commercial terms within the European and global frameworks in the UK.
  • Finalisation and management in timely manner of the UK commercial operations budget
  • Manages internal communications, including best practice sharing.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations by UK Commercial Team.

Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential:

  • Science or business graduate.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role in reputed Healthcare industry organisations.
  • Experience managing commercial teams including sales and marketing
  • Proven track record in achievement
  • Strong evidence of Strategic commercial thinking

Desirable:

  • Aesthetic Industry knowledge
  • Country Management
  • Sales Management
