Role Overview


The role is in the Business Development team and will include tasks such as performing market analysis, maintaining your own strong lead pipeline, contacting senior people at prospective partners, presenting the proposition favourably and negotiating exclusivediscounts.

A minimum of 2 years Business Development or Sales experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Business Development Manager & working alongside Business Development Executives (BDE) to implement the new business strategy in order to hit new business revenue targets
  • Be a primary point of contact for potential new partners, with responsibility for building relationships and upholding the company's integrity and creating a positive negotiating environment
  • Help to manage and maintain a relevant and appropriate new business pipeline
  • Utilise the live CRM Lead Management tool ensuring that all new leads are added, maintained, and distributed between the relevant Partnerships team members effectively when converted and informing relevant stakeholders about target partners (full trackedsales cycle)
  • Use the output data from our internal competitor analysis to perform against a strategy developed in conjunction with the BDM to ensure that the business maintains a competitive advantage
  • Keeping abreast of market trends
  • Maintain an open channel of communication with wider teams Partnerships Team.
  • As required provide feedback to help improve partner media packs, presentations, and content on the company website
  • Work independently to negotiate and secure the strongest level of discounts for the members and commercial terms

You will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; being able to juggle changing priorities in an organised and efficient way while all the time being professional and approachable.
