    Join Our Team as an Ecommerce Manager!

    Our client, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Ecommerce Manager.

    About the Role:

    If you have a strong interest in developing e-commerce ventures and enhancing consumer experiences across various digital channels, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your main focus will be on boosting sales on D2C and Amazon platforms. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of the e-commerce sector, driving growth, engagement, and online optimization while upholding exceptional customer service standards and brand values.

    Be a leader in D2C projects for new brand launches and work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies and brand messaging.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee all e-commerce customers strategically and operationally
    • Identify short-term opportunities and develop long-term strategic plans
    • Drive distribution growth for branded ranges
    • Implement promotional initiatives for increased online visibility and sales
    • Collaborate with the UK Amazon partner agency to enhance UK sales
    • Develop and own the UK key account promotional plan
    • Establish positive relationships with key customers and follow up on new opportunities
    • Ensure all websites are regularly updated for optimal engagement and increased sales conversion
    • Manage SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing for brand optimization
    • Provide monthly reports on website metrics, sales forecasts, and online merchandising
    • Take advantage of new social e-commerce opportunities for brand promotion

    Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

    • Prior experience in growing and optimizing brands on Amazon
    • Demonstrated success across various e-tailer platforms
    • Track record of driving revenue and profitability
    • Proficiency in digital management and maintaining DTC platforms
    • Knowledge of managing e-commerce marketing programs
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
    • Experience with Shopify websites and Klaviyo email system
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms
