Our client are a fast growth digital business.


You will be responsible for developing the Social Media Strategy, managing the global/local social media accounts, in collaboration with the global brand, content and digital teams to increase brand awareness and engagement.


You will be responsible for the creation, implementation and curation of organic campaigns across all social media platforms and channels.

So this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of global social media profiles, nurture and evolve them.

You will immerse yourself in the brand and product range.

Working closely with the wider digital marketing and brand team to ensure all social media activity is aligned with brand campaigns and objectives.

This role will work extremely closely with the globalcontent hub to not only showcase the content they produce but work with them to create engaging social relevant content.


Analytics is important to this role, so having a strong competency and understanding of data analysis is a must, understanding what drives results.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who is passionate about social media and sharing engaging, relevant and innovative content.

This person will have previous experience in a similar role, taking a brand social profile tothe next level and the ability to work in a result driven, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Manage the Organic and Influencer strategies across both existing and new social channels
  • Develop, execute and analyse all social activity
  • Work with Brand, Content and Digital teams to plan and execute campaigns. Ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and execution
  • Create rich and engaging content for social channels with the inhouse content team
  • Manage the social channel communities
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers alongside brand teams
  • Produce monthly/annual reports on performance
  • Carry out regular competitor, social media trend analysis proactively offering suggestions to improve the position in the digital marketplace

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a marketing/digital related discipline
  • At least 2 years previous experience of working in social media
  • Finger on the pulse of social media advancements / changes / trends
  • A creative thinker, full of ideas to create thumbing stopping posts that drives KPIs
  • Experience of growing social media followers, engagement and conversion
  • Experience of working across multiple products
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, delivering insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Holistic knowledge of online marketing
  • Experience of influencer marketing
