    This high growth automotive company has a fantastic name and reputation across the industry with their dealer group, OEM, finance company and vehicle leasing partners.

    They have a vast range of services which allows those partners to maximise their brand exposure, target relevant audiences, and ultimately drive sales growth.

    Our client has a highly experienced leadership team, significant financial backing and the business is under pinned with market leading technology, setting them up to achieve their future growth plans.

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead our clients marketing function, based in Yorkshire.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the companies marketing performance, leading on brand and campaign development plus their social media strategy.

    Develop and

    Execute Marketing Strategy:
    Formulate and implement the marketing services strategy for the group.
    Take the lead on strategic marketing initiatives including brand and campaign development, communication, creative design, and social media.


    Brand Management:
    Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and guardianship across the business.
    Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights for brand and campaign development.
    Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at changing customer behaviour and promoting specific products/services.
    Manage key agency relationships to support marketing objectives effectively.

    Lead and manage direct reports to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies and tasks.
    Manage and coordinate all marketing activities


    Marketing Expertise:
    Marketing degree/qualification or equivalent experience.
    Demonstrated leadership in a marketing team.
    Strong experience in strategic brand and campaign management targeting both B2B and D2C audiences.
    Highly creative with an excellent eye for detail.


    Project Management and Innovation:
    ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to generate new ideas and innovate.
