    Senior Finance Assistant for SaaS AIPRM

    Location: 100% Remote, 95% Async, 100% in Writing

    As a financial specialist in our team, you will not only support the financial intricacies of our operations but also contribute to the pioneering spirit that defines our approach to the AI revolution.

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team.

    You will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling of customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance.

    This position requires a seamless collaboration with our CPA and our core team to ensure meticulous tax compliance and financial operations.

    Manage and oversee all aspects of our daily financial operations
    Daily use of Stripe for billing and dispute answering
    Work in close cooperation with our financial service providers, CPA and core team to address any financial issues, minimizing any delays
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role in finance and accounting.
    Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks and Stripe
    Mature candidates with a robust background in finance will be given preference.
    Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
    The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
    Flexible working hours (our 100% remote team spans timezones from GMT-5 to GMT+8 currently already).
