About Our Client:

A key division who are part of the Home Office.

As a Process Assistant your role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Capture and digitise information as part of a process.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations, interact, and always display professionalism.
  • Adhere to the Quality Framework, ensuring performance targets are met daily and accuracy targets are achieved.
  • Manage challenging situations always displaying professionalism Work as part of a team and also work independently managing your time appropriately, working efficiently at all times.

Being a team player you will enjoy helping people, ensuring each individual receives a professional, efficient and considerate customer experience.


Basic IT capability - there will be systems training.


Solutions focused to support customers and team members

Strong organisational skills and
excellent attention to detail.


What's on Offer:

This role is part time but the hours are 5pm-8:30pm Monday - Friday. 17.5hrs/week

The role is paid on an hourly rate of £12.79

You will need full RTW in the UK, with Indefinate Leave to Remain

Roles are initially for a six-months term with the possibility of a longer fixed term contract.

They are on site based in the City - nearest Stations - Fenchurch Street, Tower Hill, Monument
