- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.
- Oversee the management of the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
- Allocate resources effectively to support project delivery, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement.
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor and develop the PMO team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Proven expertise in integrating customer service & support management into multi-year transformation programs that span across multiple streams with different timelines.
- Previous P&L management and accountability at the software & services operations departmental level, including optimizing resource allocation, bench management & subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and project portfolios in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
