Here at Teaching Tomorrow, we are keen to appoint Educational Cover Supervisors looking to make a positive impact in education while gaining valuable experience in a school setting. Sound like you? Join our dedicated team as a Cover Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning and student engagement, in the absence of regular teachers.
As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment for students. The expectation is to deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities to classes across a range of subjects and key stages, maintaining continuity of instruction and facilitating student learning. While managing student behaviour effectively, applying school policies and procedures consistently to promote a positive and respectful learning environment conducive to student success.
