Our client is an established, reputable Challenger Bank who provide specialist business banking solutions to the UK SME market.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Executive in their successful Asset Finance division,specifically within their Customer Services team.

As an Operations Executive you will be responsible for supporting on the onboarding of new customers, administration of live agreements, general customer services enquiries and also in-life operations duties.

The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week expected to be based in their London office.

Key responsibilities of the Operations Executive include:

  • Ensure all Asset Finance contracts are scanned and available on system.
  • Provide administrative support within the Customer Services team including calculating settlement figures, dealing with customer enquiries and updating customer details.
  • To perform bank reconciliations and post receipts correctly to the appropriate agreement.
  • To ensure that all end of lease activity is performed accurately.

Required skills for the Operations Executive:

  • A working knowledge of Asset Finance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A knowledge of Word and Excel and the ability to manipulate information databases.
  • Ability to work with figures, manually calculate where necessary and translate information into reports.
  • Ability to communicate accurately, both written and verbal.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight timescales with attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated.
