    Executive Assistant

    Our Client


    Our client is a UK based lending business providing lending to UK SMEs with funding provided by a blend of institutional and high net worth co-funders.

    They are in a period of exciting growth and require a strong Executive Assistant to provide support to the UK Executive Team and ensure smooth running of the office at all times.

    The role of the Executive Assistant;


    The Office Manager/Executive Assistant is responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of office administration and procedures, ensuring organisational efficiency, effectiveness and safety.

    The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will also provide a high level of administrative support to the Managing Director and, on an ad hoc basis, to the future Board of Directors.

    Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant;

    Reporting directly to the UK Executive Team
    Providing administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team
    Management of diaries, meeting rooms and event management
    Ensuring the UK office environment remains fit for purpose and operates smoothly day to day
    Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    Supporting the Executive Team with marketing and PR
    Production of documents, reports and presentations when required
    Acting as first point of contact for external communications to the Executive Team

    Skills, experience and attributes;

    Previous administrative experience, preferably with lending or regulated financial services organisation
    Previous Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience
    Excellent time management skills
    Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office
    Experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
    High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    Problem solving and decision-making skills
    Strong organisations skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
    Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications
    Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
    Pro-active attitude in delivering required objectives
    Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as required by the business, including assisting on strategically important projects
