Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced Headteacher for a senior leadership job based in an alternative provision in Thetford, Norfolk (IP24).
If you are a SEND specialist who is available immediately or from September 2024, we would be keen to speak with you.
The role can be offered temporary with immediate effect or as a permanent post from September 2024.This site is very much a blank canvass and a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to create their own school community.
The site has the capacity for up to 36 children and will start the new academic year on 12 heads.
Typically, the site caters for pupils aged 7-17 with SEND requirements such as SEMH and ASD. This site is part of a national trust who are focussed on supporting children with complex behaviours and needs.Their pupils have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and they work closely with them to develop self-belief to become effective learners.
A relevant UK based teaching and/or leadership qualification.Substantial experience working with pupils with SEND within an education setting.
You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance.
