This is an opportunity to join an experienced Residential Property team that provides high-quality conveyancing services tailored to clients' needs.
In terms of approach - our client prioritises personalised attention over high volume, ensuring both manageable workloads and enjoyable client experiences.
The role will strongly appeal to a well-established Residential Conveyancer/Senior Associate with an appetite to help spearhead the development and growth of a Residential Property team in Cheltenham.
Working closely with the Head of Residential Property, you will leverage your expertise and network to establish and nurture client relationships while delivering comprehensive conveyancing solutions.
What's needed to be considered?Be a 4PQE(+) Residential Property lawyer/highly experienced Residential ConveyancerBroad and varied Residential Conveyancing experienceWillingness to contribute to the team's marketing initiatives Drafting contracts and transfer deeds, dealing with enquiries and taking the matter through to exchange and completionPreparation of completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of titleKeeping up to date with developments in residential property lawWhat next?Apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
