Description
Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing business who is seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner.

The role will take ownership of an expanding business unit which is due to double in size over the next 2 years to £30m.

The role will get under theskin of the division, understand its key drivers and support the operations teams and wider business in making better business decisions.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of month end management accounts and with clear and concise commentary information
  • Prepare variance analysis, understanding key drivers and oneoff items.
  • Monitoring spend on capital projects ensuring all relevant costs have been capitalised and budgets are closely monitored.
  • Build strong relationships across the Business Areas and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting process defining and gathering inputs in partnership with your key stakeholders.
  • Supporting operational team providing financial analysis and commentary to understand key variances to budget.
  • Ensuring financial transactions are accurately reflected in the accounting records via the accurate posting of transactions and completion of month end reconciliations on key financial accounts and balances.
A salary of £50,000-£55,000 is on offer plus 5% bonus and benefits.
