As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving customer engagement at events, pop-ups, and other promotional activities.

You will be responsible for presenting our products and services in a compelling manner, building rapport with customers, and creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.


Responsibilities:


  • Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, trade shows, and popups.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and providing information about our products and services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing our brand's value proposition.
  • Actively promote brand awareness and drive customer interest through engaging conversations and demonstrations.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling event booths, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting environment for customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to inform future marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is a plus but not required.
