Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Analyse customer needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards during customer interactions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,052.52 per year
