Are you passionate about making a difference in SEND education?
A SEMH school in North Warwickshire are looking for a dedicated SENCO to join their team full-time, starting in January 2025 on a permanent basis.
This Forward-thinking and ambitious school is located in Meriden and caters for students aged with social emotional mental health needs and related behaviours, who are struggle in large group setting.
They are a small site who pride themselves in creating a trustworthy, motivating and nurturing atmosphere where every pupil is encouraged and inspired to achieve their potential and develop a love of learning.
This ambitious and principled school always work to the best of their ability instilling a 'can do' attitude by encouraging others to share knowledge skills and expertise.
You will be responsible for providing advice training to classroom staff on supporting pupils with SEND, manage and advise on the school budget and resources for the SEND provision, develop and maintain systems for keeping pupil records and helping to maximise usage of the existing materials to meet the needs of each individual child specifically children with SEND.
