CNC Machinist - Milling & Turning

Kettering

Monday to Friday

Salary £30-£31k per annum plus great benefits
Do you enjoy problem solving and machining bespoke intricate parts working on small batch's and one offs?

If you enjoy a true engineering and problem solving environment, then this may be the ideal role for you.


Normal hours of work:
Monday - Thursday Friday

Shift working:

You may be required to work shifts on an ad hoc basis, dependant on workload (no night shift working).


Overtime:
Dependent on workload.


Role:
The role could involve running several machines, and offers variation.

  • Ability to program online (G Code) and operate manual guide.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and work within tolerances stated.
  • Operate CNC machinery to a high standard using driven tooling
  • Time Served Apprenticeship or proven experience in a similar environment.


In return for your experience as a CNC Machinist the client offers a good basic salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free life assurance and a generous contributory pension scheme.
