We are currently looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join our team.

You will be a part of the Brand team and partner with the Senior Designer and Brand Manager to ensure that all designs are working to a high creative bar, are on brand and to the highest of standards, and help steer the future direction of the GREAT brand and design.

You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and coordinating all artwork changes and updates related to content.

Job description

  • Create artwork to the highest of standards across digital and print channels, utilising full Adobe Suite, including motion design and video editing
  • Work confidently from templates and create new ones referring to the GREAT brand guidelines
  • Retouch images, extend backgrounds, use masks and make colour corrections
  • Resize artwork from a small poster to a largescale printready file
  • Create various mockups (for example to show how the artwork would look in a 3D space, as a bus wrap, on a tshirt or bag)
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Actively prioritise workflow of activity ensuring firstclass customer service
  • Comply with accessibility design guidelines
  • Present work to the Senior Designer and Brand Manager, explaining clearly and confidently why the creative work matches their strategy and brief

Person specification:


Skills and experience:


  • Relevant design experience in a studio, agency or inhouse
  • Enthusiasm and passion for design
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Good knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro as well as some understanding of motion principles
  • Strong layout and typesetting skills
  • Experience in creating presentations in power point
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, a deadline super star
  • Meticulous filing
  • A keen eye for detail is a must and ability to follow strict guidelines
  • Experience in creating artwork for events would be a big bonus
