    Deputy Headteacher – Northwood Park Primary School

    The successful candidate must be able to rise to the operational and strategic challenge, as well as being able to communicate effectively with Trustees, Governors, senior leaders and colleagues, enabling the best possible outcomes for children.

    SHINE Academies is committed to improving the outcomes for all children within its care and educating the whole child.

    The Trust currently comprises of four schools, Northwood Park Primary School in Bushbury, Lodge Farm Primary School in Willenhall, Villiers Primary School in Bilston and Busill Jones Primary School in Bloxwich.

    All of our schools are large and therefore progression opportunities are plentiful.

    Has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment across the primary phase in a Senior Leadership position
