Description

Acorn is recruiting Welder Fabricators for their client in the Stoke-On-Trent area.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Welding Shop Manager/Team Leaders, and you will play a key role in the production of high-quality commercial trailer chassis, decks, and associated vehicle assemblies.

This is a varied and interesting role, working on low-volume, high-specification, customised vehicles.

Duties will include:

Welding steels up to 12mm thickness (MIG)
Welding other materials such as stainless steels and alloys
Using hand and air tools
Working from detailed fabrication drawings
Working to demanding deadlines
Following safety and quality processes at all times
