Sales Support Administrator
We have a fantastic Part Time Administration Role available, based in Burnley.

Our client is a national market leading wholesaler who are looking to add an experienced administrator to their successful branch.


The main responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Processing and paying supplier invoices
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Sales administration support to the sales team, inputting sales orders and chasing quotes
  • Processing credit returns
  • Chasing outstanding payments and orders

Who are we looking for?

  • A strong administrator, ideally with experience dealing with invoices and sales support
  • Strong communication skills, both on the telephone and written
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and switch between activities
  • Experience within Electrical Wholesale would be advantageous but not essential
