    Kenton Black Finance are representing a progressive, leading professional and fast expanding financial firm seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Executive, to join their friendly payroll team in Lincoln.
    This Payroll Administrator opportunity is suited to an experienced Payroll processing professional with full end to end payroll processing experience, with either accountancy/bureau/umbrella or inhouse payroll experience now ready to move to a progressive firm that offers you more "autonomy", a superb easy going working environment, free parking, Life Cover, Pension, 4 wks hols, pension & much more This is role offers a diverse and very interesting national client portfolio spanning the film industry, entertainment, equestrian, hospitality to name just a few, so never a dull day
    *Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -*
    Full end to end Payroll Administrator duties comprising of the following :

    • Dealing with Weekly, Fortnightly, 4 Weekly, Monthly payrolls via IRIS (training provided)
    • Dealing with HMRC queries & RTI
    • Processing SMP, SSP & holiday pay
    • Dealing with clients and working on the client portfolio as part of a team, answering any client queries
    • Auto enrolment/pensions
    • Dealing with starters/leavers, P45/P46's
    • Setting up of new clients onto the system

    Ideally the successful Payroll Administrator will possess practice accountancy/bureau payroll processing expertise, however my client will also consider payroll processing experience from other industries
