Role Context:


Worley are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in Immingham on a part-time, permanent basis hours per week spread across 3-4 days.

Monday is a required day.

Required to provide payroll support for the site team, delivering an efficient and reliable service for all payroll function related activities.

Coordination all onsite training requirements. Key client liaison and interface of ECM & billing queries and assurance


You'll be:


  • Ensuring accurate and efficient payroll service is delivered
  • Coordination and booking of client and company derived essential and development training
  • Coordination and communication of projected on site labour
  • Tracking and log key data in relation to spent hours. Available data for client comms and HSE dashboard
  • Taking an active role in the team to ensure successful delivery of the support services
  • Assuring regulatory compliance
  • Supporting accurately entering all information into the payroll system inclusive of all starter information, changes and leavers
  • Managing payroll mailboxes
  • Coordinating payment queries from various different sources
  • Various administration activities including scanning, filing and data entry
  • Assisting the Payroll Coordinators as and when required
