The current caseload is widespread, with the successful candidate preferably having experience with general litigation such as property & land disputes, landlord & tenant, as well as debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law and contractual and consumer disputes.

5+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar field
~ Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment

To have expert, up to date knowledge of litigation processes, procedures and legislation
Awareness of marketplace and current developments, opportunities and threats
