Job Description:
We're seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisors to be part of a successful, collaborative team. You'll be guiding clients from their initial enquiry right through to completion, using our client's state-of-the-art platform to deliver top-tier mortgage
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch mortgage advice to clients from start to finish.
Use the innovative platform to manage and process high volumes of business efficiently.
Keep communication strong and clear with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
Stay in the loop with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in a brokerage.
Proven track record of guiding customers from enquiry to completion.
CeMAP qualification (a must-have).
Experience handling B2C enquiries and finding the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
