Description

This exciting and broad real estate investment management based compliance role will use your communication and influencing skills; your ability to work as a member of a team and on your own initiative and will require you to utilize your analytical talentsto produce reports for Senior Management.

Working as part of an established compliance team and reporting to the Deputy Global Head of Compliance with scope to be involved with global projects, you will be expected to deal with day-to-day compliance matters and provide regulatory support; monitorthe business to ensure compliance; assist with testing and reviewing existing processes and procedures with a view to making improvements where appropriate; provide regulatory guidance and advice and ensure the compliance of financial promotions.

Working within a vibrant and professional environment; in addition to demonstrable broad compliance experience gained within a real estate investment management environment, particularly relating to monitoring and marketing, you will need to possess soundknowledge of the FCA handbook; strong attention to detail and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
