What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Data entry (basic information (numbers and ratings) from the report into Excel spread sheet)
Liaising between internal stakeholders

  • Assisting settlement operation
  • General researches relating to financial investment
  • Download monthly reports and data from external source and save them to our local folders
  • Managing subscriptions of data vendors and newspapers
  • Creating monthly or quarterly compliance report and circulate
  • Filling and submitting corporate hospitality forms after/before dinner or lunch with customers
  • Arranging business trip and accommodation
  • Assist booking flights, trains, chauffer, hotels and restaurants
  • Assist confirming the appointments
  • Filling and submitting expense forms after business trip on behalf of the team members
  • Handling telephone calls and leave messages
  • And such other duties that the management may from timetotime reasonably require.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous administration experience in corporate environment (ideally in finance sector)
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level
  • Flexibility (due to a variety of adhoc tasks which may not necessarily be detailed in the Job Description)
  • Understanding Japanese corporate culture is a plus but not essential
