    Job Responsibilties

    • Act as the primary liaison between the factory and suppliers regarding quality discrepancies.
    • Engage all necessary functions within Husqvarna to address supplier-related quality issues.
    • Foster internal customer relationships and collaborate with SQA Commodity Engineers to enhance supplier development.
    • Provide suppliers with feedback on quality discrepancies identified within factory processes (e.g., Goods-in, assembly lines, lab).
    • Issue IQNs (Initial Quality Notifications) to suppliers.
    • Initiate 8D investigations with SQA Commodity Engineers and oversee resolution.
    • Validate supplier root cause analyses and implement permanent corrective actions in coordination with SQA Commodity Engineers.
    • Report on the progress of 8D investigations.
    • Regularly collect data and report KPIs.
    • Review and approve deviation requests.
    • Support and cooperate with the Global SQA team.
    • Conduct supplier visits, as needed, in collaboration with SQA.
    • Participate in the New Product Introduction process by assisting with Engineering and Manufacturing pilot builds.
    Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supplier Quality Engineering role.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting both electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
    • Experience working with EMS suppliers preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
