- Plan and deliver effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment
- Identify and address Mathematics and English needs of learners and work creatively to over-come individual barriers to learning
- Ensure compliance with Quality standards set by the College and/or Awarding Bodies
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
- Experience of teaching / training and assessing students with learning difficulties and disabilities at Entry Level in relation to Independent Living and Work Skills
- Ability to meet targets within set timescales
- Ability to work well in teams but also to work independently, with the minimum of supervision

We are currently looking for a Lecturer, to teach Electrical Installation at the City of Portsmouth College, at our North Harbour Campus. A Lecturer play the largest part in a student's experience in education. As a Lecturer you help your learners thrive and reach their aspirational careers and dreams Are you ready to be part of a rewarding journey to make a difference?
Ideally we are looking for qualified electricians who are ready for a new challenge and interested in starting a new career whilst utilising their electrical skills.
