    We are working with a dynamic and innovative brand marketing agency, now searching for a Junior Artworker to join their creative team

    Salary:
    £20,000 - £25,000Location: Bath - HybridJob type: PermanentAbout Our Client - The Worthy & True OpinionThis is an exciting brand marketing agency that's recently undergone a total brand transformation, based in the picturesque city of Bath. Their unique office setting on a scenic countryside provides an inspiring environment where creativity flourishes (their countryside location means parking issues are a thing of the past)Delivering exceptional brand marketing solutions to a diverse range of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) clients. With a passion for developing captivating packaging and executing comprehensive brand marketing communication projects.

    Required Skills & ExperienceThis role requires someone with excellent attention to detail as you work with precision ensuring you are following the client's guidelines and requirements to perfection.

    You will have artworking experience, ideally within the FMCG packaging space.
    You will be responsible for adapting all the packaging artworks correctly, efficiently and meeting all requirements. Take assets from guidelines, style guides and existing pack formats and adapt them to suit different formats. An understanding of basic print processes is required.

    This is a fast-paced studio where you will excel at working under pressure, efficiently managing high-volume projects, and consistently meeting deadlines.

    Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial as you will collaborate closely with the team.

    Ideally, you will have worked in a marketing agency environment, meaning you are able to work at pace across multiple clients.

    This isn't a deal breaker though so if you have packaging experience gained in a client-side setting, don't let this stop you applying.
