Undertaking general day to day administration.
Responsibilities
Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of all products and services offered by the company, its subsidiary and associated companies
Answering customer calls and responding promptly, accurately and efficiently to all enquiries
Promoting products and services offered by the company, its subsidiary and associated companies to existing customers
Dealing with the despatch of customer questionnaire forms as and when necessary and analyse/summarise the results of questionnaire and marketing activities
Assisting in the administration of operations including the provision of any necessary statistical information
Preparing and issuing standard or dictated letter responses to customers as appropriate, including researching and responding to enquiries
Assisting with all aspects of the Registration process in line with company procedures

Personal Specification

Graduate level of Education
Previous experience call handling and customer service experience.
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Organised and methodical with the ability to multitask, whilst being flexible and adaptable
The ability to learn fast and is a keen team player
